Pros

Applied for a marketing position at an e-commerce platform.

The company environment was okay. Public transportation required taking a bus and walking.

The interview was quick (?) and lasted about 20 minutes.

The questions were mainly about whether I had relevant work experience,

why I left my previous company, and so on.

No particularly professional questions were asked.

Cons

This time included the interviewer’s questions as well as the interviewee’s questions, but I’m not sure whether they had reviewed the applicant’s résumé and portfolio beforehand.

The interviewer seemed to be in quite a rush, scheduling interviews for two people in roughly half an hour. The woman who had applied for the Korean-language business position before me came out looking like she wasn’t very happy (囧)…

I received a silent rejection after this interview. I assume that if you pass the first interview, there will be a second interview, right? After all, the first interview really doesn’t allow both sides much opportunity to get to know each other or communicate…

Pros

During the interview, the interviewer had a very poor attitude. They asked the candidate to introduce themselves, but kept interrupting and derailing them, constantly否定 the interviewee. Overall, it felt disrespectful, as if the other person looked down on everyone.

Pros

You must bring a printed portfolio (they may ask to keep it). They just flip through it casually a couple of times and the interview is over; they don't really listen to what you have to say. It's somewhat like a series of consecutive interviews, one after another, and it doesn't feel very good. I wasn't hired. The employees inside looked quite relaxed.
