Pros

The office is in the World Trade Center.

Cons

1. The salary is very low!

2. The boss does not know how to manage or lead people. Anyone he dislikes is fired; he has laid off a whole batch of employees.

3. The company previously had six full-time employees, but he reduced that number to just one full-time employee—the one who was the most obedient.

4. The boss likes to ask you for ideas and then reject them all. In the end, things are done according to what he wants.

5. As long as you obediently listen and say what the boss wants to hear, you will earn his favor. If you suggest a different approach or viewpoint, he instead thinks you are too opinionated and difficult to control.

6. The company is run by a wealthy family’s second generation, and their entire family works there, along with hired employees. There are fewer than 10 people in the company. They like to use interns because interns are unpaid.

7. There is absolutely no professionalism. The nail-polish products they release are based only on what the family’s daughter likes, so sales are very poor, and the company could go under at any time.

8. During the interview, the boss even lied and said that he had started the company by working hard alongside his university classmates. In reality, he is from a wealthy second-generation family. Being from a wealthy family is not itself a problem, but he likes to lie. I’m very glad to have left a company like this.
