The PM seems very professional.
Cons
In reality, they don’t understand anything. On the surface, they seem very helpful, but in fact, they are very calculating. I don’t know if the company has so many people that it has to play these kinds of games?
If designers really want to work on UX, they can barely get involved in practice, let alone CX.
