The interview lasted less than 5 minutes. The design manager did not know how to recruit employees and seemed to believe in hiring designers first and figuring things out later (although the design methods and processes were actually different), then dismissing them if they were not a good fit.
The manager bullies vulnerable people to make themselves look impressive.
