Pros

1. There is enough flexibility in the job. Of course, you still have to follow the company's basic working hours, but work-related time requirements can be adjusted. It depends on the individual—on how well you can restrain and motivate yourself under a flexible system.

2. The workload and output requirements are moderate to high, so there is pressure, but you can use every project to train yourself, strengthen your abilities, and accumulate experience. Whether it is design ability, communication skills, or management and monitoring, people who are willing to put in the effort can continue improving. You are responsible for every project you take on; every piece of design you put out represents your reputation. Of course, if you are a designer who just gets by, you will be the same wherever you go.

3. I truly improved in many areas here. If you want to learn, the most important thing is your attitude, followed by your sense of responsibility, and finally having someone who points out your shortcomings. Being scolded means you can still improve and become better. It is fine to feel upset, aggrieved, or complain a little, but did you remember the reason? That depends on the individual. If you take design seriously, you will achieve the growth you should—it is only natural.

4. If you want excellent pay while taking it easy, you should look elsewhere. People come here to learn; how much you learn depends on you. If you want to learn something, use your brain, observe, and ask questions boldly. Sorry, but if you want to leave work on time, you have already given up your own learning opportunities, no matter which company you are at. You might as well work as a graphic artist, where you may be happier.

5. I used to work here in graphic design. When I first joined the company, I thought all my colleagues were incredibly capable. One day, when I was able to design the key visual for an exhibition, I was so happy. You have to manage all graphic-design-related matters, of course, while finding a balance between the company's position and your own.

Cons

1. The pay really was not generous, but looking back, I was young at the time and did not know how to negotiate from a position of leverage.

2. There are relatively few large-scale interactive multimedia exhibitions. If you want flashy lighting and media exhibitions, you may want to consider other companies.

3. Sometimes you really do have to work on holidays, but I usually complained profusely and then ate a lot of the company's food to soothe my soul.

4. It is not actually overtime every day; it depends on the project's progress. If a colleague wants to take it easy, do nothing, and leave on time, they can drag down the entire team's progress. Then you may start having thoughts like, “I want to take it easy too—why am I always the one doing the work?” In that case, just resign; your mental state is no longer healthy.

5. During the years I was at the company, I just happened not to receive any of the overseas employee benefits at all~ (tears)

Pros

1. The colleagues are all very nice, and they advocate getting along like a family.

2. You really can learn about many aspects of exhibition spaces and client projects.

3. You can meet many vendors.

4. Working hours are fairly flexible.

PS2. The scope of exposure to spatial design is much broader than that of graphic and visual design. However, exposure to graphic and visual design is also broader than in typical graphic design jobs outside the company.

Cons

1. Working hours are fairly flexible, but spatial design work often involves traveling to various sites, so the schedule is not fixed and depends on the projects.

2. The boss is a nice person, but very romantic in the sense that work tends to appear right before the end of the day, and then you have more work to do.

3. The company’s one strange attitude is that it considers overtime normal—and there is no overtime pay!! They will tell you this during the interview, but who knows how frequently it will actually happen? Although occasional overtime to accommodate sudden rush projects is understandable, the boss particularly seems to like the feeling of having people work overtime. It often makes people feel that she wants their personal lives and work to be tied together! Also, everything has to be done personally, and she often talks to you about how work was done in her time.

4. The boss did not graduate in this field, although she often works in it. However, she also often asks whether something is finished immediately after assigning it. Apparently, it should be easy and done right away—how wonderful.

5. Precisely because everyone is so nice, it can be a little difficult to bring yourself to resign when you can no longer tolerate the working conditions. That was the case for me... but fortunately, I escaped.

6. There is no transportation allowance, but there is a company vehicle. For nearby trips, however, you will definitely have to ride or drive your own vehicle.
