2 I originally thought this was project-based work, but after joining, I found it was a disastrous labor-dispatch job.
3 The number of employees keeps decreasing, and the company cannot find enough people, so it hires anyone available. This gives current employees frequent opportunities to interact with different new colleagues and develop their communication skills. I heard that the turnover rate among new hires is extremely high.
4 The company's salary and benefits system keeps being revised in increasingly ridiculous ways. The only thing that definitely will not change is the content of the employment contract. However, whether that content favors the employer or the employees is debatable.
Labor and health insurance
Builds courage and endurance
1. One person is expected to do the work of three
2. The company is unstable and employees are leaving
3. There is no sense of cohesion
4. The pay is still very low
5. Senior management keeps changing its mind and cannot reach a consensus, making it impossible for employees at lower levels to get things done
Colleagues are easy to get along with
Salaries are paid on time
Labor and health insurance are provided
At the beginning of 2021, the boss cut the sales team's bonuses to zero, so the only sales VP who knew how to lead both people and their hearts was driven away.
Then, because each person was being made to do the work of three, even the engineers—including one extremely senior engineer—were driven away..........
The boss didn't think it mattered. In order to boost morale,
the boss decided to introduce an attendance bonus: NT$2,000.......
The first people to receive the bonus were the RD manager and the sales assistant.........
Whether this will encourage perfect attendance or encourage burnout, I couldn't say.
There were two interview rounds: the first with an engineer and the second with the CEO.
The engineer was very young, and the CEO was also relatively young. It felt like it would be a company with a very good work atmosphere if I joined.
The engineer seemed not yet very experienced with conducting interviews, while the CEO was very experienced.
The interview with the CEO was very relaxed, and they also gave a lot of positive feedback.
The salary offered was very low.
