Pros

The office is clean, there is free parking, and there are free snacks (which make you gain weight). You leave work on time (but that applies to other people, not me).

Cons

Work starts at 7:50 and ends at 5:10.

Every morning, upon arriving at the company, you have to clean the premises for approximately 10–20 minutes.

Generally low pay; many of this company's job postings on 104 offer only the minimum wage.

To save on labor costs, employees are made to handle multiple roles. The departments are not fully established, so situations where someone is both a player and a referee occur frequently.

They paint a rosy picture and brainwash you into believing that the company has great prospects.

They find all kinds of reasons to block your promotion.

There is a fixed meeting every day to report on case progress, but there is no electronic project-tracking form. During the meeting, everyone gives a verbal report, which is then recorded in a notebook; someone may even be required to take minutes every day and report them in the group chat.

Many operating procedures and documents are still required to be printed on paper. They claim to be an environmentally friendly company, yet they cannot even implement the simplest form of going paperless.

They claim to understand customers' tastes and preferences very well, but in practice their proposals to clients are just shots in the dark. They spend a great deal on prototypes, yet very few go into mass production. The styles shipped regularly are all from projects dating back several years.

They lack innovation. If you are looking for a job with routine tasks and strict adherence to procedures, this company is very suitable for you.

They only ever pressure suppliers to lower prices, yet do not know how to select suitable vendors based on quality standards. In other words, the company's products lack core capabilities, so they can only satisfy customers' demands through pricing.

One department lacks a file-management system. You never know which revision is the latest, and sometimes the company does not even have a final version of a file, because the final files are often completed by vendors. So one day, if the vendor changes, that department will have a major headache~

"R&D personnel" is just a nice-sounding term; the company only needs "drafting personnel."

At this company, managers are still doing the work of specialists. Job grade ≠ authority; only those with the title of general manager or above have authority.

*If you want to do well here, you first have to appease the company's big shot, the "vice president." If you have already become a target and been labeled by him, I suggest you leave early; realistically, the outside world is far better than this.*
