Read the community guidelinesA small private cybersecurity forensics company that also invested in and established the startup “Blockchain Technology,” yet the entire company has repeatedly and unjustifiably delayed even part-time workers’ pay. Employees also have a very poor sense of basic work practices. Is there anything positive to say about it?
1. Part-time workers are not covered by labor or health insurance during their first two months. The company itself conducts cybersecurity forensics yet takes the lead in violating the law.
2. The method of salary payment was not communicated when the worker was hired or upon starting work. The part-time worker had to proactively send a video of their bankbook and ask, only then finding out—astonishingly—that part-time workers are paid by “check.”
3. During the three months of employment, the company delayed the part-time worker’s pay twice without proactively notifying them. The part-time worker did not receive the money on the scheduled payday, the 5th of each month, and when they asked that day, the response was unbelievably: “I didn’t have time to confirm with the boss today. It should be paid tomorrow, I guess.”
4. The entire company generates less output than a single department. The employees operate like a disorganized group, and the CEO and CTO themselves are also astonishingly incompetent, providing no management whatsoever.
