This company is essentially a construction supervision firm and will assign you to other construction sites.
There will be a site director at the construction site. It is fine as long as the director keeps public and private matters separate.
When you encounter someone who does not, they will publicly shame you, and may even cover for colleagues with irregular attendance, rationalizing improper rules.
This company has unwritten rules. Some site directors let their emotions affect their work; if they are unhappy, they will berate you and make trouble for you.
However, as long as you appease your boss and supervisor, you can leave work early to pick up your child from school. Your child can even come to the office while you work, and you may even use work hours to take care of personal matters.
It is fundamentally unfair to employees with regular attendance, and they have absolutely no sense of shame.
