● Supervisors and colleagues communicate well; there is no office politics or issue of having two supervisors giving conflicting orders.
● Low entry barrier; someone will train you on the software you need to learn after joining.
● Meals are provided and cooked by a dedicated chef; the dishes are quite good.
● The salary ceiling and career development prospects are not very high, making it suitable for people entering the workforce again or those who simply seek stability and want to work near home.
● Labor and health insurance are underreported, with coverage listed only at the minimum salary bracket. Some senior colleagues have experienced reporting this issue, so it may be handled properly for them, but for new employees it is likely illegal.
The best part is lunchtime every day. The company provides lunch and dinner, and the auntie who cooks makes delicious food. Employees start getting ready to run to the cafeteria at 11:59 a.m.~
It is a traditional manufacturing company. Since the building is newly constructed, the environment is quite good.
Basically, being familiar with AI and PS during the interview is enough to get hired, because the work afterward requires learning additional new software (a supervisor will provide guidance).
The company atmosphere is good, and the supervisors are also quite nice. There are no supervisors who lose their temper in public, and there is no backstabbing or office politics.
Salary adjustments are based on performance. If you perform well, your salary will increase by NT$1,000 each year. Basically, after one year of seniority, the annual salary is equivalent to one and a half years' worth of salary.
There are bonuses and Mid-Autumn Festival mooncake gift boxes. Occasionally, quarterly bonuses of NT$2,000–3,000 are given.
I recommend this workplace to people looking for a stable job. Most employees there have been with the company for a long time~
Of course, people without experience will need quite a long time to learn the job duties,
Since every task has a deadline, you must work overtime to finish it if you cannot complete it on time.
Annual leave is provided according to the number of days stipulated by the Labor Standards Act. Requests for annual leave must be submitted in advance.
Overtime pay is provided according to the number of hours worked.
The only drawback is probably that typhoon days off are deducted from your annual leave.
