Pros
The location is quite relaxing.
Cons
The benefits are very poor; there isn't even an annual bonus. Employee meals are half price (average price: 135).
There is no systematic management, communication between supervisors is very poor, and the SOPs are constantly changing.
The boss doesn't try to improve the poor performance either, and suggestions are not taken into consideration.
