Read the community guidelinesThe HR staff are young, friendly, and quite professional.
The hiring manager's attitude was terrible; they barely looked me in the eye, and you could feel their utter disdain for you (then why were they so eager to schedule a second interview with me...)
What era are we in that they still conduct stress interviews? Does that show how little confidence they have in the office environment?
The office is upstairs from Songshan Station and heavily guarded.
The company develops medical website systems. During the interview, there were two managers, one Taiwanese and one Indian, and the entire interview was conducted in English. I can only say that I had to listen to what the Indian manager asked and said at least twice, and repeat it back to confirm what he was trying to express. At the end of the interview, they said they would email me to fill out an online test. Then both managers walked out of the meeting room together without seeming to intend to see me out... so I simply turned around and walked out the front door. Only afterward did I receive an email from HR apologizing for failing to see me out... It was a bit shocking.
The HR staff were very friendly.
They initially contacted me for an interview for a frontend engineer position. During the first interview, they asked many frontend-related questions. Later, they scheduled a time for me to call a U.S. toll-free number and have a second interview with a senior manager. However, the interview that day mainly focused on Oracle 11g backend topics, which I knew absolutely nothing about. Naturally, I never heard back after that… It all felt rather baffling…
The HR team is proactive and conscientious
The interviewer was extremely unfriendly. Their arrogant attitude makes one question whether they are capable of teamwork
