Pros
It’s just the online learning platform e●talking
The position interviewed for was Course Consultant, which is basically sales
The work environment seemed quite quiet
The supervisor conducted the interview personally and emphasized that employees would not be forced to ask customers to try courses or keep calling them
Cons
During the interview, they asked you to fill out some very mysterious brain teasers
There is a performance threshold; if you don’t meet it, your pay may be deducted
The only appealing aspect is the commission from bonuses
