Pros
Sometimes the boss buys drinks, and occasionally there are snacks from religious ceremonies or food given by clients to eat.
Cons
1. The boss himself is the problem and often yells at employees.
2. He angrily berates employees every day, driving them to quit.
3. There is no project manager, so the entire development process is chaotic, and the employees are the ones who suffer.
4. Salaries are often paid late.
5. Employee turnover is extremely high.
