1. Throughout the interview, the interviewer kept saying that other companies wouldn’t provide opportunities like theirs, and so on. At the beginning, I knew nothing, so they were essentially hiring an apprentice while paying them a monthly salary of 30,000. Back in your parents’ generation, apprentices only earned a few thousand in salary.
2. The company expects employees to take on other types of work after becoming familiar with their primary duties. They put it nicely by saying that people nowadays can’t get by with only one skill, and that learning more creates more opportunities.
3. There is no continuing-education subsidy. They say that very few companies offer such subsidies.
4. The benefits include a meal allowance, but it is actually included in the salary.
5. During the interview, they kept saying that other companies were no good and that their company was so much better, and so on.
6. Everything they said gave the impression that if you missed this opportunity, you wouldn’t get another one.
7. The division of responsibilities between departments is unclear, and there are far too many direct supervisors.
