Starting in 2020, people from the group interfered excessively in the company’s operating policies, undermining the existing culture and gradually infiltrating and replacing it. This led the company to lay off employees and close down in 2021 due to insufficient funds! The only reason was that the managers were extremely shameless, incompetent, heavy-handed, abused public resources for private purposes, and invested the company’s resources for free into another industry. They lacked the ability yet still wanted to take over Aroman. From the beginning to the end, there was always a petty person sowing discord; relying on her scheming, she drove the company’s colleagues away one by one. In the end, even after taking the position of supervisor, she still failed to gain the trust of the new management. It was rather laughable.
