Pros

I can't think of any at the moment. Aren't the Labor Standards Act and a decent work environment things that should be provided anyway? Then they aren't advantages!

Cons

I personally witnessed the tone the boss used when giving instructions to employees. As others mentioned above, it's all true, so I won't go into detail!

The key point is that the boss themselves isn't particularly capable, yet still questions others?! What's wrong with them?

When they don't understand something, they get angry out of embarrassment. Their tacky behavior makes you want to roll your eyes 🙄️ As the old saying goes: a shitty boss.

Pros

The only advantage: compliance with the Labor Standards Act.

Cons

1. The interview is one thing, but the actual job is another (as long as you don't provide immediate performance results, you should prepare to be subjected to the cold shoulder).

2. In the long run, the company is preparing to be eliminated. Its digital content is as terrible as shit, yet it thinks it's very good (?)

3. Every now and then, the boss gathers everyone and hopes that everyone will be like family (is this a multi-level marketing scheme? I really laughed).

4. There is a lunch break, but every now and then the boss loudly discusses work, treating employees' rest time as if it doesn't matter.

5. Of course, there is no overtime pay.

I interviewed there many years ago, not long after entering the workforce. Looking back, I really regret that I went there just because it wasn’t far from home and ended up making myself miserable.

The boss saw that my educational background was ordinary and that I didn’t have much impressive experience, so he said a lot of things to put me down. Things like, “What’s wrong with young people nowadays?” and “You should be doing this or that.” He thought he was giving me advice, but to me, it just seemed like he was in a bad mood and had randomly grabbed someone to listen to him ramble.

I took a brief look around the office. The working environment was very ordinary, and there weren’t many employees. Everyone seemed nervous and afraid of attracting the boss’s attention. Business also seemed average; it didn’t look particularly successful, which probably explained why the boss seemed unhappy.

It wasn’t a company where everyone was enthusiastically busy. The work atmosphere was gloomy and oppressive.

The interviewer is the boss and has a very poor attitude.

Regardless of the position, everyone starts out working in the warehouse. They say that applicants can name their desired salary, but if things don’t work out within two months, you’re fired (they will pay the salary requested for that period).

However, during the interview, they also said that they actually weren’t hiring at all, so I felt that my time had been wasted.

They also made comments to the applicant along the lines of how people working there now don’t seem to be doing very well.

Both the office and the warehouse are in the basement, and there is no air conditioning.
