1. The interviewer only said what they wanted to say, saying that you can speak Japanese but don't have knowledge of the company's products or a background in international trade. They are hiring a Japanese-speaking sales assistant who must have very natural Japanese honorifics and all kinds of background knowledge—and then there's the salary, hehe.
I heard they don’t like employees working overtime and encourage employees to exercise after work, even providing a subsidy for the expenses.
It seems like every position requires N or more years of experience, yet they still haven’t found anyone. What kind of employee are they actually looking for????
Open-plan office, quite neat and clean
They started recruiting in 2016, and still hadn’t found anyone by 2018. = =
The boss only talks about what he wants to talk about and doesn’t really listen to job seekers.
Honestly, if someone studying Japanese hasn’t worked in that industry, they’ll only learn many of the terms after joining the company. If you don’t understand, don’t pretend that you do. You wrote above that the required professional skills include managing import/export procedures, being familiar with import/export operations, and providing consecutive interpretation for meetings/negotiations.
May I ask, are you planning to offer a salary of over 50,000??
