Read the community guidelinesColleagues get along harmoniously. No one pulls rank or bullies newcomers. Everyone takes work seriously, and we all share responsibility for completing it.
Business is conducted strictly professionally. Also, salaries are always paid on the first of the month.
The general manager is a very magnanimous woman—graceful, composed, and generous.
A bit too much paper gets printed—but it’s not really a drawback!
The annual leave is slightly better than what is required by the Labor Standards Act, but I resigned before I got to enjoy it.
The top boss is never in the office, and I have never seen them. The managers below are the ones actually running things.
Although I have been gone for some time, I still couldn't help coming back to write this in hopes that it can serve as a reference for future job seekers. The biggest drawback here is the manager.
The manager's own performance is excellent, but although they promised profit sharing, they never actually share any of it—and they went back on their word after making the promise! Colleagues who need to take leave for family matters are always given a hard time. Even if they need to go home to care for a sick child, they are pressured to finish their work. Those tasks were originally the manager's responsibility, but that manager cannot even open Word or PowerPoint. Yet they can simply draw a high salary, which tells you how low the company's standards are when it comes to hiring.
During the interview here, everything was made to sound wonderful, but you soon find out that it is not like that at all. I recommend that anyone looking for a new challenge and wanting to test their limits come here and keep a record of their experience. Since that manager took office, six people, including me, have left in just six months. They were all new hires who could not stay. I also heard that someone was forced to see a mental health specialist after resigning, because whatever work you do will be claimed by the manager as credit. The people at the very top all think she is highly capable, but in fact, others have privately said that they are enduring it while waiting to resign. I genuinely do not recommend this place at all.
