1. A certain supervisor is extremely emotional, arguing with people all over the place internally while being very cordial externally.
2. The workplace atmosphere is not very good.
3. Even when the work is finished, the supervisor requires everyone to stay until 8 or 9 p.m. before leaving, but does not allow them to use the internet to look up technical information. It is unclear what the point of staying is.
Found out about this website a little late.
Discovered quite a few unexpected comments.
I’ll still help clarify a few things here.
I also believe everyone knows
that opinions from people who have actually worked there are more reliable.
1. Interview atmosphere:
The supervisors are actually very nice and considerate toward employees.
They’re just not very good at joking around with young people, and the jokes they tell are pretty dry.
So the interviews may feel somewhat serious,
but please rest assured about this.
2. The issue of cigarette smoke filling the air:
I saw that this comment was posted about a year ago.
I’m quite certain that no one at the company smoked back then.
I’m personally also very sensitive to the smell of cigarette smoke (the kind of person who would complain to the neighbors when smoke drifts over).
To be precise, it was probably just the stuffy smell that sometimes occurs when the air conditioning isn’t working well.
Not to mention, I’m genuinely curious how anyone could smell “cigarette smoke filling the air.”
3. The issue of a master’s degree holder earning 20K:
Actually, it’s very easy to disparage a company.
Even the most inexperienced bachelor’s degree holders earn well above that going rate.
I genuinely suspect that whoever claimed that master’s degree holders earn 20K was just causing trouble.
In terms of compensation, it’s just average.
It’s about the same as what most small and medium-sized enterprises in southern Taiwan offer.
Price-cutting competition in southern Taiwan is still quite severe.
However, it’s actually quite suitable for recent graduates to grow here, and the working environment is very friendly.
Convenient transportation
As soon as I walked in, I smelled a lingering cigarette odor that made me just want to leave quickly.
I interviewed for the position of Software Project Assistant.
The process began with a written aptitude test, followed by one Chinese logic test and one English logic test, and only then the interview. The atmosphere during the interview felt somewhat oppressive.
The main reason is that I don’t smoke and am allergic to cigarette odors, so I would never consider working for this company.
Even during the interview, I felt that the atmosphere wasn’t very good and just wanted to leave as soon as possible. After seeing what was posted downstairs, I’m glad I left quickly.
Picky about everything, the boss only wants people who can hit the ground running.
Although the compensation isn’t clear, just look at the reviews below and you’ll know.
