1. The company has an extremely high turnover rate. I’ve never seen a company with turnover this high—three people can leave in a week. Impressive, right?! But it’s all due to problems within the company itself, not because the employees are bad!

2. The boss has no opinions of their own and is led around by the supervisor. The supervisor’s authority is greater than anyone else’s. Anyone who raises questions will be suppressed, whether intentionally or unintentionally, and many people have resigned for this reason.

3. The company paints an overly rosy picture to attract you to join. It makes everything sound as though there are great prospects and a bright future, but once you join, you’ll realize that the company is inefficient: everything gets dragged out and revised again and again. As long as the supervisor says one word, the entire plan can be overturned or even canceled.

4. The company spends money in the wrong places, listens to only one side of the story, and does not use its budget for worthwhile projects. It all gets spent on unrealistic fantasies, as if the money were being thrown into the water.

5. The company’s environment is cramped. As soon as you walk in, you’ll wonder whether it’s really a company. They will also tell you that they’ll change offices, but there has been no progress with the subsidy application. Changing offices seems like a dream.

After being there for just over a week, I already wanted to leave. The managers at the top of this company put a lot of pressure on people, and the turnover rate is extremely high.
