1. The company has an extremely severe culture of working overtime, with no overtime pay and a responsibility-based system. The boss believes that “overtime means employees are inefficient themselves and have problems with their work management and allocation abilities.”
2. Something they will not tell you when interviewing for a marketing position: You will need to take turns handling customer service shifts.
3. Compensation for rotating customer service shifts (after work and on holidays): From 18:00, when regular working hours end, until 23:00, totaling 5 hours. You are responsible for customer service on the official website, LINE, Facebook, and Shopee. The subsidy is NT$150 (NT$150 for 5 hours, averaging NT$30 per hour).
4. For customer service shifts on holidays or weekends, from 9:00 to 23:00, totaling 14 hours, the pay is NT$500 (NT$500 for 14 hours, averaging NT$36 per hour).
5. The boss focuses only on results. In addition, long-term employees have a severe seniority-based attitude and are good at shifting with the wind and shirking responsibility, resulting in an imbalance in workloads between new and existing employees.
6. Turnover in the marketing department is extremely high; on average, employees leave after about six months.
* Beautiful office environment; the boss often buys fresh flowers for decoration
* Occasionally, afternoon tea and snacks are provided
* If you want to learn and grow on your own, this is a great place—the learning space provided is ~so~ ~big~
* I’ll just mention one thing for those who can see it: the turnover rate is high, and the work is exhausting
