Very far from the MRT station. The marketing team leader is demanding, self-righteous, and overly critical. They’re afraid you’ll be idle, so they deliberately pile work on you to test you. They pretend everything is fine verbally but complain to the boss behind your back. A terrible company that doesn’t even provide basic training.
The design and marketing teams work overtime constantly! They basically keep things going by buying and reusing stock images. The boss only plays golf and is semi-retired. There are plenty of better marketing companies than this one, so don’t waste your time interviewing.
No
They showed very little regard for one-day event part-timers.
They sent a Line message saying that cancellations could not be made at the last minute.
I agreed afterward as well.
After I had worked for an hour that day, they said I had not been hired and asked me to leave.
The company environment is good and quite comfortable
The interviewer was friendly and also asked whether I had any questions
They explained the job responsibilities carefully
They didn’t ask the interviewee many questions
1. Guaranteed to be above 30K?
2. Divided into the Design Department, Planning Department, and Marketing Department
3. Mainly handles small-scale exhibition design and packaging box design related to pharmaceuticals
4. The company acts as the contractor and mostly handles turnkey projects
5. Overtime pay or compensatory leave is available (though it should be compensatory leave)
6. According to the supervisor, overtime is not frequent (supposedly)
7. Supposedly, the turnover rate is not high
1. The company is a bit far from the MRT station
2. If I get in, I’ll share more with everyone
The interview invitation felt like they were just trying to hit their targets, and they didn’t answer any questions about the job.
