The team members are all fairly young, and the work atmosphere seems nice. During the interview, I kept hearing cheerful sounds coming from outside the meeting room.
1/ Before applying, I visited the company’s official website and found it quite appealing, but the impression of the actual premises was very different. The office space was small, with the seating area for colleagues directly next to the entrance (the person I encountered seemed startled when I first walked in), making the whole place feel cramped and confined. There were also other companies on the same floor, and there was no clear sign after exiting the elevator, so I almost went to the wrong place.
2/ The interviewer did not seem to have much interviewing experience, focusing on saying things like, “This job requires XXX qualifications—what can you do? You can’t do this one?” I had initially been quite interested in the company, but since I never heard back, I just let it go.
