1. The company displays warning messages on the computers of employees who spend the entire day online handling personal matters, but for employees who work diligently on business tasks, it only keeps demanding performance results. Then, in performance evaluations, those who slack off receive higher scores. What kind of twisted logic is that?
2. The products have no standard base prices; prices are quoted according to the scale of each customer. Every quote is different for every company, and they cannot even provide customers with a basic quotation sheet.
3. The boss gets angry at any time and refuses to communicate.
4. An employee resigned on their own initiative in accordance with the Labor Standards Act and prepared and submitted proper handover documents. However, because the company was so terrible that it could not find a replacement, it demanded that the employee stay on. When the employee could not comply, the company forced the employee to leave under the pretext of redundancy and issued a certificate of involuntary separation. It also failed to pay severance as required by the Labor Standards Act. The employee filed a complaint with the labor inspection office, and mediation by the mediation committee was unsuccessful. The mediation committee even stated in writing that, under the law, the employer should pay severance and wages in lieu of notice. Yet the company simply refused to pay, then falsely accused the employee of various offenses and, citing dismissal, refused to pay any amounts legally owed… This is a company that does not even comply with the law. Do not go there and subject yourself to abuse.
