1. The environment is very poor, located in a strange apartment in Ximending, with all kinds of people coming and going nearby.
2. The office is dim and dirty; rats occasionally run around, there is a lot of dust, and no one organizes or cleans it.
3. The equipment the boss installed himself is not put away, left there to collect dust or rust.
4. The benefits listed on 104 are for reference only; less than half of them will actually be provided.
5. He loves bragging to clients about his achievements, but does not dare take responsibility for designs he made too ugly. He pushes other employees into taking the fall, then says it is company policy, and continues deceiving the clients. Yet all of this was entirely done by him. He cares about saving face but does not grow.
6. He has no ability to schedule; all the projects get jammed together, exploiting the employees.
7. No overtime pay is provided, only compensatory leave. We are already fighting for it, but the boss is currently pretending not to see it and refusing to respond.
8. They hire people with little experience, yet take on many projects that require highly experienced people to handle. I have no idea what they are rushing for.
9. They say the company is not making money, cut many employee benefits, and do not provide year-end bonuses, while spending all the money on outsourcing.
10. If you have read this far, those invited to interview should not give up the benefits they are entitled to. If you go, keep asking him about the benefits—he hates it when people ask him for benefits :)
