Pros

完全不會也會有前輩先帶，無心之過及店內資產的損壞不會要求賠償

Cons

一手包辦所有工作，隱形工時長，多少還是會受到委屈，老闆氣度不足，欺善怕惡，鉆很多法律漏洞
