No. Does having a boss who usually doesn’t interfere count as a benefit?
Cons
No clocking in or out, and no compensatory leave for overtime
The company loves to make grand promises. The workload keeps increasing, but the salary never does
You won’t leave work on time
There are also some very... unpleasant old-timers. Turnover is extremely high
I strongly advise against coming
