Pros
The office environment is good, and transportation is convenient.
Cons
Employees are not allowed to talk to one another. Even during lunch breaks, you have to eat by yourself; the boss dislikes employees chatting.
Under the responsibility-based work system, you may still be mocked for leaving work on time. The worst part is that if the boss dislikes you, they can tell you to work until the end of that day and not come in to work the next day, although you will be given severance pay. The benefits are poor.
