1. There are many learning opportunities and cross-departmental work, giving you the chance to experience work outside your own department. Interesting!
2. We start and finish work on time. The boss doesn’t like us working overtime—in fact, we get scolded if we do!

Cons
There are many long-time employees, so communication is difficult. Compensatory leave cannot be exchanged for money; if you don’t have time to take the leave, you just have to accept it.
