Starting salary of 32,000, with a 10% annual salary increase. Responsible for sales, sales assistance, and purchasing duties. The bonuses for the three major holidays amount to one month’s salary; other holidays come with gifts plus a 600 cash bonus, or 1,000 if no gift is provided. The boss handles the primary sales activities, bringing in orders. If there are issues with delivery times, discuss how to handle them with the boss and then report back to the customer. There is no performance pressure.
