2. The boss is very nice. When I first joined the company, I was very inexperienced, and the boss taught me many things. Also, the way the boss speaks Taiwanese is very similar to my dad’s, which makes him feel very approachable.

The manager is very easy to communicate with, and the organization is highly flat, giving employees plenty of autonomy and room to express themselves. It can be considered a happy company in the e-commerce industry. Overtime is completely unnecessary, and you can learn e-commerce marketing models and operational skills on the job.
