The store interview did not cover the job or compensation at all.
Cons
I just finished the interview today. It was originally scheduled at the company, but was later changed to the store. The owner’s wife has very high expectations regarding employees’ personality traits. She asked me to explain why I left my previous job, criticized me extensively, and then asked me to go to the head office to take a computer and clerical skills test. It was quite a waste of time for an interview.
