Pros

Suitable for young people without experience who want to stay and build up their work history.

It may be a good place for middle-aged people seeking employment and hoping to coast toward retirement.

Cons

There is a huge gap between the interview and the actual job duties. Be mentally prepared: once you join, the work is fundamentally different from what was described in the interview.

The company is not large, but it has offices in northern, central, and southern Taiwan. Previously, there were many disputes among the staff in the north, but most of those people have left recently. The overall workplace atmosphere is quite poor, and turnover has been extremely high over the past two years. There are many problems with the company's decisions, and the company is clearly in decline—anyone with experience at other workplaces can see it. However, don't expect to sway the decision-makers at the top, as they are very conservative and unwilling to listen.

Here, anyone who knows how to curry favor can become a manager, even without ability. If you have the skills and want to advance, don't come here and waste your time. The company is a family business, and the entire family is Christian. At company banquets or year-end parties, employees are basically busy serving people from their church. Hymns are sung and prayers are offered during the company's first-workday ceremonies, spring banquets, and year-end parties.

The boss basically never looks happy. When speaking, the boss either sounds listless or launches into a tirade. The boss likes to make grand promises to employees, but salaries are almost never adjusted, and the amount of performance bonuses depends entirely on the boss's mood. Here, you can have your fill of empty promises, while taking on everything under the sun and working hard without receiving any appreciation.
