Pros

The boss and the lady boss are easy to get along with and willing to provide guidance.

You generally won’t be micromanaged at work.

As long as you complete projects according to the schedule, that’s all that matters.

The work is diverse.

In addition to graphic design, there are also illustration, video filming, social media posts, and more...

Those who don’t like doing only graphic design and enjoy taking on a variety of challenges can give it a try.

Suitable for recent graduates who want to build up their portfolios and gain experience.

Cons

Small companies offer very little year-end bonus, and company trips and dinners are almost nonexistent.

There is also no bonus or system for raises and promotions.

Those who care a lot about money and benefits are not recommended to apply.

You need to have drawing and presentation skills.

This is a residential-style company; the first and second floors are used as a kitchen and office.

The environment is fairly acceptable, but you have to clean every day and wait for the garbage truck each week.

They keep a beagle.

Pros

Lots of free time.

The boss occasionally provides fruit and snacks.

A job suitable for coasting toward retirement.

The environment is pretty good.

You arrange your own work schedule.

Cons

Work ends at 6 p.m., but overtime starts then; you only get half an hour of overtime pay after working until 7 p.m. You have to mention overtime in advance to get paid.

The year-end bonus is a few thousand dollars, and the gifts for the three major festivals are a few hundred dollars.

I've never seen the company hold regular company dinners or an annual year-end banquet.

There is no comprehensive training.

You have to appear on camera, but this wasn't mentioned during the interview.

There is no reimbursement for business trips.

The company's technology is stagnant.

When supervisors have differing opinions, it's unclear whose instructions to follow.

There is no limit to the number of revisions.

Everything is driven by the client's needs.

The computer equipment is very poor; crashes are routine.
