Read the community guidelinesOther than the fact that salaries are paid normally and not delayed, I can hardly think of anything else.
The office is combined with the owner's residence, so the space is cramped and the environment is not ideal. The owner is difficult to communicate with, stubborn, and set in their ways. At times, they even treat employees with an extremely arrogant and self-righteous attitude.
