The biggest problem with this company is that there are no rules or systems—you have to figure everything out yourself.
There is no overtime pay and no year-end bonus (don't be fooled by the boss; he will say it depends on performance).
If you like children, you can come here,
because two children will run around nearby when they get out of school, making things very lively (every day during summer and winter vacation).
One more thing to add:
The boss and the boss's wife will act as the PMs. They have no programming background, so communicating with them is very difficult. Engineers, take care of yourselves!
The workplace is conveniently located and easy to get to. It is a small contract-project company, suitable for people who want to quickly build up their portfolio.
The office space is somewhat cramped for more than 10 people. It has the usual pros and cons of a contract-project company, and the base salary is relatively limited, so you have to work hard for bonuses.

Lax management makes things difficult for frontline employees; benefits are hard to improve, and there is no year-end bonus.

- I didn’t like the environment very much; it was old and cluttered, and there was also a musty smell...
- Even after tactfully indicating that I wasn’t interested in the job, the interviewer kept trying to persuade me
- My impression was that they exploit and overwork people, only wanting to find an all-around expert at the lowest possible cost
- After hearing the job description, it was basically clear that one person would have to do the work of three. I felt embarrassed for their employees...
1. No overtime pay for working overtime; not a single day off under the one fixed day and one flexible rest day policy was free from being called in by the boss to work overtime (getting up at dawn to pee).
2. A raise was supposed to be given after three months, but after three months, no raise was given
