Cons

The actual location of this company is not in a typical commercial office building, but is hidden within a very secluded residential building complex.

Upon entering, it does not feel like an office at all. The smell of cigarette smoke inside is extremely strong, and combined with the owner’s appearance and presence

(a more robust build and dark complexion), the overall atmosphere brings to mind local thugs and gangsters. The sense of oppression is extremely intense, and the overall experience was very unpleasant.

It is strongly recommended that anyone who cares deeply about the work environment, office quality, or workplace atmosphere not waste their time interviewing or working here.

One small point: there was still a severe smell of smoke. Your company arranged the interview time with the candidate, but when I entered the office, no one was there (perhaps everyone had finished work!).

I shouted at the entrance, asking if anyone was there, but there was no response.......

I kept walking farther inside and found someone talking on the phone (possibly the boss). They had absolutely no idea there was an interview—this was unbelievably careless!!!!

Pros

None. If you care about the environment, you can skip this place ^^

Cons

The environment is terrible—very dirty and messy. Aside from one woman who was very nice, the interviewer looked extremely jaded and had a very poor attitude. They asked me for my 104 résumé, but then did not even look at it and immediately asked what kind of work I do. Clearly, they had not reviewed it before the interview at all. My work history was written right there, yet they still made me explain it point by point.

The position was clearly advertised as an e-commerce marketing and design role, but they told me that most of the work was marketing. It was ridiculous = = Why include design in the job title then? And they did not mention the design aspect at all....

In short, it was a completely wasted trip ^^ The experience was awful—such a waste of other people’s time,呵呵
