This is Beiheng Enterprise (you can search for existing reviews yourself). The company is family-owned, and several long-time employees (three women and one man) engage in workplace bullying, using all kinds of petty tactics and verbal harassment to drive people away. The turnover rate is very high—even senior employees have left. If you want to experience being bullied, feel free to join this company! But don’t expect reporting it to upper management to be effective, because the boss also tacitly permits these things.
