Read the community guidelinesMost colleagues are quite nice.
1. Every day, you have to flatter certain people and put on an act to praise them.
2. You have to be careful because some people may talk behind your back…
3. The company loves having you work overtime; even when there’s nothing to do, you still have to stay late.
4. They love saving money—if something can be obtained for free, they absolutely won’t spend a penny more.
5. The supervisor has no experience at all and will also…
6. You may be fined for making mistakes, e.g., development bugs or administrative process oversights.
Most employees are easy to get along with, and the HR staff are very nice.
1. The salary adjustment system is poor: 0%–3% (which means there may be no increase at all).
2. You need to be skilled in everything and take on multiple roles here (for example, auditing and legal affairs, or HR, general affairs, and receptionist duties combined). You also need to be good at currying favor with senior management and packaging what you say skillfully; then you can push tasks to other departments.
3. The political struggles among managers are quite intense. If you go against the wishes of a manager favored by senior management, they will report you to higher-level managers.
4. The managers are unprofessional: nonprofessionals manage professional work, they avoid taking responsibility for decisions, and push problems onto you. They often ask subordinates to hold inefficient meetings, cannot provide much help, and if you do not simply follow instructions instead of expressing your own ideas, they will find a way to get rid of you.
