The company's owners are all famous artists and painters, but the salary the company offers is pitifully low. In addition to serving as the boss's secretary and handling administrative work, you are also expected to manage cleaning and use design software. There is no clock-in system (in violation of the Labor Standards Act), and you are required to sign a contract stating that you cannot leave before completing three years. The job bank listing says there is no business travel, but in reality, business trips are required. The company does not trust interviewees' abilities and does not review their résumés or portfolios. It is a company that shows very little respect for people.
