The workplace is a shared office, with people coming and going in a disorderly manner.
The salary is initially discussed at a higher amount, but they will tell you to accept a reduction during the probationary period. When the time is up, they will say you are not good enough and continue your probation.
The work is unusual: you independently produce visual effects, so you have to find ways to solve problems yourself. (You may also be criticized for doing too poor a job and compared unfavorably with work produced overseas.)
There are absolutely no benefits. A day’s pay is deducted for typhoon days off, and you also have to make many boring introductory videos of other types, so don’t expect to improve much.
Here’s the key point.... (The work you produce there will be looked down on by other visual-effects companies, who will think it is meaningless amateurish work, and then question what you had been doing before.)
Think carefully before deciding to go....
Look them up online yourself regarding their character.... Their personality is rather self-centered and not very good.
