Read the community guidelinesThe supervisor explained things very carefully.
There aren't really any drawbacks; the environment is pretty good.
Very friendly and direct
There’s not much bad to say; the space is very comfortable
I learned that when the interview process is overly cumbersome, you should get straight to the point and discuss salary first!!! If they avoid discussing it, make you take tests that waste your time, and then brush you off, you don't need to continue~
An English oral and written test (the kind with tons of multiple-choice questions, passages, and sentence fill-ins) plus a two-hour interview. They refused to discuss salary upfront, only revealing at the end that they were willing to offer just 24K~~~ yet expected someone who could handle everything, including various graphic design software and video editing. It was an interview that wasted time and energy!!! The HR guy's disgusting attitude made me nauseous; he kept probing into my private life and asking about things completely unrelated to the job!
