Read the community guidelines1. Punctual working hours
2. Convenient transportation (next to the MRT station)
1. Fresh graduates and people who want to get things done should not come to this company. Its products have little competitiveness and there are few resources. The colleagues are mostly quite incompetent and have no ambition.
2. The boss is a stereotypical male engineer with an inexplicable sense of superiority, thinks he is Elon Musk, and tells jokes that are extremely unfunny. He looks down on every profession other than engineering.
3. The company is very humiliating. After working for two years without making any mistakes, I was told that there would be no future design needs at the company. After discussing a change in job duties and agreeing to try it for a period of time, they directly asked me to leave. They should have reported it under Articles 11-2 or 11-4, but ultimately reported it under Article 11-5, which was deeply humiliating.
