Pros
Close to the MRT station, and the salary is fairly good.
Cons
The video interview sounded great, but the on-site environment was very messy and noisy. Colleagues spoke rudely and impatiently. When training, they only explained things quickly once. There was no way to properly rest during lunch, and there were a lot of incoming calls. There was only one restroom, which dozens of people had to line up to use in turns.
