Cons
There is no labor or health insurance during the first three months. Upon joining, you also have to sign a contract first. If you go in with the mindset of just trying it out, even if you work hard to make things for them, they will ask you to leave as soon as they feel it is not good, saving themselves the cost of labor and health insurance.
