A very good company by family-business standards
Both the owner and the owner's son take great care of the employees
They both have very good character and personalities
Cons
I joined the company a few years ago.
There is a long-serving employee who is very snobbish
and often bullies newcomers.
They are really difficult to get along with.
But setting aside this senior colleague, overall it is a good company
