During the interview, they explicitly said there would be a two-day weekend, but when there was a project to handle, employees still had to come into the office on holidays at short notice, with no prior notice at all.
There was no overtime pay for working on holidays, and they would suddenly notify you that you had to go on a business trip the next day. When I explained that I had something to do on the holiday and couldn't go, I was sarcastically criticized.
