Read the community guidelinesThere isn’t really anything enjoyable; you can just listen to music indefinitely. Occasionally—roughly once every two to three months—there is a group meal, which supposedly means ordering takeaway pasta.
So far, it seems that people at this company mostly support their own people, especially the most senior e-commerce staff member and the shipping personnel. The environment is also average. They keep asking for revisions to the content—even when it is clearly fine, they find something they don’t like and ask for changes. They have not even established a set starting time. Everyone arrives before 9:30; I usually arrive around 9:00, or even 15 minutes before that. Once, I arrived at 9:30 and someone asked in the group chat what was going on. I felt it was extremely unfair!!
I also feel that everyone looks at me strangely. I haven’t done anything to you, and I’m really unhappy. I also don’t know how the year-end bonus is calculated; it is really very little. I have already worked here for a year and a half, and my salary still hasn’t been increased!! In summary, if you do not have the boss’s favor, you will continue to be ignored, and your salary will not increase. So if you are considering working at this company, think twice!
