Read the community guidelines1. A great place to fully develop your personal creativity and ideas
2. Easy to get along with others—straightforward and direct. If there’s something to say, say it; if not, let’s eat
3. Sincerely treats and protects employees (body, mind, and spirit)
4. United and striving upward together!
Regarding the third point, here is my story:
I have some health issues that need improvement. When I discussed them with my boss, I was advised to prioritize my health, see a doctor for an evaluation, follow the doctor’s recommended treatment, and return to my regular position afterward.
Since this wasn’t my first job, I felt a little flustered when I first heard this. I wondered if I had done something wrong and whether they were going to put me on the sidelines!
But this also reflected the second point: communication among the company’s management is smooth. Once I confirmed that they simply wanted me to maintain good health, I was genuinely surprised and touched!
So, good companies are always out there. As long as you communicate sincerely and reduce misunderstandings caused by differences in perception, relationships can last a long, long time!
1. After spending some time navigating society, suddenly being treated with genuine sincerity can catch you off guard!
2. Eating too well will make you chubby~~haha
The work environment is relaxed, and the work itself is flexible.
There are loopholes in management, and blurring the boundaries between public and private matters is the norm. It used to be full of human warmth, but now even the quality has changed. It is filled with self-interest—businesspeople are businesspeople. Everything looks beautiful on the surface, but behind the scenes, people are very calculating.
Salaries have not increased for an extremely long time. If they are in a good mood, they will let you stay; if they are in a bad mood, they can get rid of you.
As a former employee
Your company is a very warm and caring company
Going to work was always very enjoyable
The boss didn’t come in every day either
I hardly ever saw him
The boss gave employees 100% trust
After all, it is a service-oriented business
With a good attitude, you can stay here safely for the rest of your life
Even after leaving, I often return to the company to chat and hang out
I really don’t think there are any drawbacks
If I really had to name one
It might be that, boss, I miss you so much
You’re truly too busy to handle everything
Each time, I can only hear your concern
from the other end of the phone
as well as enjoy the lavish meals you treat us to during the three major holidays
I think I’m very satisfied with that—completely content
When the job posting indicated an hourly wage starting at 135, it also stated that group insurance and labor and health insurance subsidies were provided. However, during the interview, they said there was no labor and health insurance or group insurance because it was holiday part-time work, so they did not provide them. It also did not mention that graphic design and document processing skills were required.
